Research is a full service organization. We have
an onsite focus group and strategic planning facilities,
but we ensure that our clients are not wed to
one approach because we maintain these capabilities
on site.
We
rely on a network of research partners to provide
whatever services are best for our client, whether
it be a usability lab in Europe, a central location
test across the country, or different style facility
across town.

History |

Cogent
Research is coming up on its 10th anniversary,
as it was started by Christy White and John Meunier
on April 1, 1996.
Because
of our core philosophy focusing on strategic insight,
Cogent Research quickly gained clout in the marketing
research world. In a few short years, we became
the strategic research provider for over 200 clients,
including several of the Fortune 500s.
These
clients turned to us again and again, as they
were able to see the benefit of our research in
their endeavors.

Analysis |

We
have full analytic capabilities including univariate
analyses and multivariate techniques (regression,
ANOVA, conjoint, segmentation, etc.)
Cross
tabs are created in-house using SPSS
and Wincross software.

Group Facilities |
|
We
have focus group facilities located in a modern
office building and have access to other facilities
both Nationally and Internationally.
Our
main facility seats 10 to 15 people and has an
area of 20ft by 14ft.
Our
clients can record focus group sessions using
a variety of options, including:
- VHS
Tape
- DVD
- Audio
Cassette
In
addition, we employ both trained Focus Group Moderators
as well as In-Depth Interviewers to ensure the
success of each and every project requiring focus
group sessions.
Please
note that our focus group facility is also equipped
with a computer usability lab.
