Call Center

We maintain a call center equipped with 300 CATI interviewing stations; telephone surveys are deployed on a CfMC platform (programmed and maintained in-house).

To ensure that quality data is collected, we employ 1 supervisor for every 12 interviewers. In addition, our clients can monitor interviews (by "listening in"), live as they happen, from remote locations.

As a further method of ensuring quality data collection, at any one time at least 30% of our interviewers are at the executive level.

Note that we do not use Predictive dialing nor Autodialers.

Data Analysis

Cross tabulations are creating in-house using a variety of software packages, including CfMC Mentor and SPSS. We are experienced with a variety of analytical methods, including:
