We also have extensive experience with focus group research. David F. Miller, Ph.D., has 30 years of experience as a focus group moderator and typically takes the lead in projects requiring this methodology.

Central Telephone Facility/Call Center

Creative Marketing Enterprises maintains a call center with 75 CATI-equipped calling stations used for research.

CATI surveys are programmed in house using Winquery.

Clients can listen to interviews, live as they happen, on or off-site.

Our current supervisor to interviewer ratio is 8 to 1, ensuring that stringent quality control procedures are adhered to.

At any one time, approximately 50% of our interviewers are at the executive level.

We also use autodialer technology to help ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Data Analysis

We create all cross tabulations in-house using Wincross software.

Creative Marketing Enterprises can conduct regression, ANOVA/conjoint/automatic interaction detection modeling, as well as other analytical techniques as needed.
