with 75 CATI-equipped calling stations
used for research.
CATI
surveys are programmed in house using Winquery.
Clients
can listen to interviews, live as they happen,

current supervisor to interviewer ratio is 8 to
1, ensuring that stringent quality control procedures
are adhered to.
At
any one time, approximately 50% of our interviewers
are at the executive level.
We
also use autodialer technology to help ensure
that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
