| Call Center Facilities |
One of our main strengths lies in our ability to rapidly collect quality data. In keeping with this core strength, Directions in Research maintains a call center with 265 CATI-equipped (SPSS-MR’s Quancept V9.0) stations.
To help ensure quality data collection, both staff and clients can monitor calls by "listening in" from any remote location.
Our interviewer to supervisor ratio is 12 to 1, ensuring that each and every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
To further promote quality data collection, 20% of the interviewers assigned to any given project are at the executive level.
Lastly, call center efficiency is boosted through the use of predictive and
autodialer technology. |
