analytics is a consumer research company that
helps companies build stronger emotional connections
with customers and prospects by discovering the
experience-to-emotional motive chains
that drive consumer behavior.
This
enables more effective emotionally-fueled marketing,
particularly product designs, brands, positionings,
advertising, and sales & customer service
approaches, if not more.
The
differentiating research tasks behind this involve
expertise in techniques designed to collect and
analyze information about people's emotions and
feelings (traditional techniques do not do this
well).
Furthermore,
reporting always involves tying key emotions and
feelings to the experiences people have that trigger
them so that companies know what they have to
"do" to elicit the proper emotions and
feelings.

analytics opened its doors in January 2004.
In
its development, and since officially opening,
experiEmotive® analytics has primarily worked
in the broadband, television, food products, public
relations, advertising, and retail store industries.

conduct all data analysis, including cross-tab
creation, in-house.
Cross-tabs
are created using SPSS.
A good
deal of our work is qualitative. In that work,
we use mapping techniques to help interpret and
report our results.
However,
when dealing with quantitative data, we have the
capability to use many techniques, including:
