History |

The
company was established in Portland, ME in April
of 2000. Since then, weve completed over
235 studies for over 50 organizations in both
the public and private sector. Our clients have
included business and consumer focused organizations
in Maine, the US, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

Center Capabilities |
|
We
do not have an in-house call center, however,
we do program all CATI surveys in-house.
Interviews
can be monitored and listened to from a remote
location via our audio linking technology.
We
employ highly trained interviewers for our telephone
survey projects; at any one time approximately
25% of them are at the executive level.

Analysis |

We
are experienced in all forms of data analysis
with particular expertise in regression/ multiple
regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis,
conjoint analysis, and CHAID.
All
cross-tabs are created in-house using Wincross.
