The SIL Group are a full service global marketing research consulting firm.

Through our international network of local affiliates, we offer a full range of marketing research and consulting services for clients and their agencies worldwide.

Founded in 1983 and based in the Miami area, we work in all major markets throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We combine global reach with local expertise to help our clients turn data into actionable knowledge.

Our professional staff are members of leading international professional organizations. We have published and presented on subjects ranging from international research methodologies to case histories on sector-specific marketing.

We are multilingual and multinational, with an orientation towards value-added customer service. Your representative is a senior manager, and serves as your primary point of contact from proposal through presentation.

Founded in 1983 in New York, relocated to Miami region in 1994.

Call Center

We maintain a call center equipped with 75 CATI interviewing stations; telephone surveys are deployed on Voxco platform (programmed and maintained in-house).

To ensure that quality data is collected, we employ 1 supervisor for every 10 interviewers. In addition, our clients can monitor interviews (by "listening in"), live as they happen, from remote locations.

As a further method of ensuring quality data collection, at any one time at least 33% of our interviewers are at the executive level.

Note: we use Predictive dialing.

Data Analysis

Cross tabulations are creating in-house using custom software packages.

We are experienced with a variety of analytical methods, including:

Testing & Interviewing Facilities

The SIL Group maintains a large-scale testing and interviewing facility.
