in 1983 in New York, relocated to Miami region in
1994.

Center |
|
We
maintain a call center equipped with 75 CATI interviewing
stations; telephone surveys are deployed on Voxco
platform (programmed and maintained in-house).
To
ensure that quality data is collected, we employ
1 supervisor for every 10 interviewers. In addition,
our clients can monitor interviews (by "listening
in"), live as they happen, from remote locations.
As
a further method of ensuring quality data collection,
at any one time at least 33% of our interviewers
are at the executive level.
Note:
we use Predictive dialing.
