| Central Telephone Center/Call Center |
SRBI maintains call centers throughout the United States with a combined capacity of 360 CATI-equipped (SPSS QUANCEPT) call center stations.
CATI surveys are programmed by our experienced in-house staff.
We maintain a supervisor to interviewer ratio of 1 to 8. At any one time, approximately 15% of our interviewers are at the "executive" level.
Clients may monitor telephone interviews on-site as well as remotely, both visually and via audio links.
SRBI uses predictive dialing. |
