specializes in executive level surveys. Each of
our telephone interviewers has a minimum of 10
years experience in telephone surveys. They are
very professional and are very successful in getting
through to the "hard-to-reach" executive.
This is especially important if you have a small
sample size (100 or less) and need to obtain a
high percentage of responses in order to achieve
a 95% level of confidence in the results.
Since
we have been conducting customer surveys since
1991, we have developed an extensive database
of results. This is very useful for benchmarking
results against other companies throughout the
US. Our database, referred to as the SPG 100,
contains survey results of the 100 most recent
companies for which we have conducted customer
surveys.
Since
2004, we have incorporated the Net Promoter Score
(NPS) into our customer surveys. Based on research
conducted by Bain Associates and appearing in
the Harvard Business Review, the NPS has been
developed to correlate very closely to the growth
prospects of a company. This has proven to be
a very good indicator for predicting company growth.
We
have an onsite staff of programmers to custom
design online surveys and load to SPG's secure
website. In addition, we have an affiliation with
a company that has developed a consumer panel
and business panel consisting of 2 million and
1 million panelists respectively. By accessing
these panelists we can provide results from online
surveys in a very timely manner.
