Strategic Surveys is a subsidiary of Strategic Solutions. Strategic Solutions has been providing market research and consulting services for leading public, private and non-profit clients for more
than a decade.

Call Center Information

Strategic Surveys maintains a 45-station, CATI-equipped (MrInterview) telephone center used for data collection activities.

To ensure quality data collection, we design and program all surveys in-house and maintain an interviewer to supervisor ratio of 1 to 15.

To further promote quality data collection, at any one time 50% of the interviewers working on our clients' projects are at the executive level. As an added layer of quality assurance, interviews can be monitored live, as they happen.

Note: This call center facility uses Predictive Dialing.
