The
Matrix Group's Focus Group Center offers a large
focus group discussion room with modular furnishings.
A truly flexible and multi-purpose meeting place,
this room will accommodate various sizes and types
of sessions from mini-groups to large groups of
14 to 16 in a traditional focus group setting.
This
620 square foot room will also seat as many as
35 in a classroom or auditorium arrangement.
The
room is equipped with:

video and dual audio-taping
- DVD
recording
- Inconspicuous
ceiling-mounted microphones
- Remote
audio monitoring capability
- High
speed Internet access
- Double-paned
14'x14' one-way mirror

Matrix Group, Inc. was founded in 1987 as one
of the first full service market research firms
in Central Kentucky providing quantitative and
qualitative research services.
Since
then, our pledge to provide our clients with accurate,
reliable and usable findings has led to our company's
growth and success.
Our
list of clients includes a wide range of industries
including banks, restaurants, manufacturers, membership
organizations and government. We have a great
deal of experience conducting advertising research
and work closely with many regional as well as
national ad agencies and public relations firms
as their marketing research arm.
The
equine industry is one of our more unique areas
of specialization and we have interviewed and
surveyed thousands of individuals involved in
all aspects of this industry over two decades.

research team is passionately committed to helping
our clients gain a higher level of confidence
in their decision-making.

Telephone Facility/Call Center |

The
Matrix Group maintains a call center with 12 call
stations, 6 of which are CATI-equipped.
CATI
surveys are programmed in-house using SPSS software
and Custom Design.
Clients
can listen to interviews, live as they happen,
on or off-site.
Our
current supervisor to interviewer ratio is 1 to
8, ensuring that stringent quality control procedures
are adhered to.
We
also employ executive level interviewers who are
highly trained and experienced to deliver high-quality
data for any research project.
