Telephone Call Center

WB&A maintains a 50 station, CATI-equipped (CfMC platform) call center.

  • All CATI surveys are programmed by our in-house team of professionals.

  • Clients may monitor telephone interviews, live as they happen via audio links.

  • Our supervisor to interviewer ratio is 1 to 10.

  • Approximately 10% of our interviewers are at the "executive level."

Data Analysis

Cross tabulation tables are created in-house by our seasoned staff of analysts; we normally use Wincross for such tasks.
